To realize appropriate control and employment of a system by bearing a money for burden of an expense corresponding to control on recognition of a user, frequency of use of the user or amount of the fed waste in the system for treating organic waste to be jointly used.
A user recongnizing means, a means for detecting the number of uses and a means for operating expense and displaying burden of the expense are provided in parallel in a waste treating apparatus to constitute a system which makes it possible to claim the expense corresponding to the number of uses. In addition, a weight detecting means is connected with a container for the waste and a means for operating weight of feeding and operating expense of treatment corresponding to this and bearing the money is provided and the expense corresponding to the amount of the fed waste is claimed.
