By successively changing a TV program database constituted of categories of URL information related to the TV broadcasting program in the server unit, when the TV broadcasting is changed, the client device requests the URL information related to the TV broadcasting program being viewed at present to the server unit and obtains URL information which is synchronized correctly with the program being viewed.
