Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the turbulence of a screen by operating a power source to operate a monitor with the detecting signal of a video signal detecting means from a video source. CONSTITUTION:By pushing down a switch S by a visitor, a CPU 45 sends a signal for controlling a television camera 34 RF converter 31 to a CPU 34. The CPU 34 decides transmitting contents, it drives a power source 36, the converter 31 modulates the video of a camera 30, the video is added to a tuner 48, and a synchronizing signal is separated by a synchronizing separating circuit 49. When the synchronizing signal is detected, the CPU 45 switches an analog switch 47 to a monitor 44, and a monitor power source 46 is operated. In such a way, a constitution is so made that, after the synchronizing signal of the signal transmitted through the converter 31 from the camera 30 is detected, the power source 46 of the monitor 44 is operated and, simultaneously, a video signal is impressed, the synchronizing signal is necessarily impressed in the middle of the operation of the monitor 44, a monitor screen is synchronized, and it is not turbulent.
