At the front side of an operator room 4 loaded to a rotating circle which is installed to a body frame 10, a front axle 12a and a front outrigger device 14a are provided. A middle axle 12b and a rear axle 12c are provided at the rear side, a rear outrigger device 14b is provided at the middle part, and an engine room 15 is set at the rear side of the rear outrigger device 14b. As a result, the twisting rigidity of the body frame 10 is high, and the displacement in the lateral hanging time is little. To the rotating circle 11, a boom 6 having the second boom 6c whose rear end is projected from the rear end of the first boom 6a is loaded. The distance L1 from the operator to the front end of the boom 6 is made shorter, and the forward visibility is improved.
