PURPOSE: To improve versatility by unitarily managing table form data and omitting special processing at a transformation program by translating data read based on selected translation data into binary data, successively reading input data to which these data belong, and translating those input data into binary data.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with an intermediate translation table data 19 describing mutually different first and second translation data individually correpsonding to the identification data of respective input data. A CPU successively reads table form data 16 into a hard disk, where the table form data 16 are stored, for each of identification data or attribute data and corresponding to the identification data of the input data to which the read data belong, the translation data are selected out of the first and second translation data. Based on the selected translation data, the read data are translated into the binary data and the input data, to which these read data belong, are successively read and translated into the binary data.
