PURPOSE: To beautifully and simply clean a blade by detachably mounting male and female blades on a blade housing part in the table spice mill which grinds spices such as sesame and pepper by relatively rotating the male and female blades.
CONSTITUTION: A spice mill 1 is provided with a vessel 2, female blade 3, and male blade 4. The vessel 2 consists of a spice housing part 21 and a blade housing part 22. By rotating the spice housing part 21 around it axis with the blade housing part 22 at the hand, the spice in the spice housing part 21 is taken-in from a hole 21d of a weir plate 21c. The spice is ground in a space 7 between the female blade 3 and the male blade 4 to the required grain size and is ejected from the exit of the blade housing part 22. In this case, an adjustment nut 5 of the male blade 4 is released to remove it, and the female blade 3 is rotated in the direction of releasing the screw. Thus, the male blade can be removed from the blade housing part 22 and cleaning of the blades 3 and 4 can be simplified.
