PURPOSE: To obtain a table transfer device to easily carry out processing and assembly, to lower the height of a table and with excellent maintainability by forming a load territory and a direction change part of a straight guide ball and a ball screw ball on a common side lid provided on both edges of the table.

CONSTITUTION: A ball screw hole 8 to screw a ball screw shaft 4 is drilled through and formed in the center of a table main body 31. A ball screw ball 5 infinitely circulates through second ball relief holes 8a, 8b drilled on the table, main body 31. Two each of first ball relief holes 6a-6d, namely four in total, to relieve a straight guide ball 6 in a load territory in correspondence with each of ball rolling surfaces 5a-5d are provided between the ball screw hole 8 and the side surface of the table main body 31. First return passages 11a-11d as a direction change part between the load territory of the straight guide ball 6 and the first ball relief hole 6a and second return passages 14a, 14b as a direction change part between the load territory of the ball screw ball 5 and the second relief holes 8a, 8b are formed on an end plate 32.
