While a rectangular part 2 surrounded by the outer peripheral part side 3 of the top plate through a separation line is provided on the center part of the top plate 1 dividably matching the center and the rectangular part 2 is bisected to the left and right 21 and 22 at the center, the outer peripheral part side 3 surrounding the rectangular part is divided into 31 and 32 in a direction (the front and back directions of the original top plate) crossing the dividing direction. The divided rectangular parts 21 and 22 are positioned so as to be held between the moved and opened outer peripheral part sides 31 and 32 to form a larger plane short-sized opening 12 at the center part of the top plate, a top plate 13 for enlargement incorporated under the original top plate is raised to the opening 12 by an elevating and lowering mechanism, and the upper surfaces of the respective top plates are matched.
