PURPOSE: To obtain a table with a counter with excellent appearance by pivoting a rotary plate rotatably on an upright wall surface within a cut recess formed at one side corner in depth on both sides of a body part.

CONSTITUTION: One side in a upper way and a depth way is opened at one side corner part in depth on both sides of a body part 1 while a cut recess 8 is formed having an upright wall surface 7 inside and a rotary plate 4 having a base end part 5 arranged in the cut recess 8 is pivoted rotatably on the upright wall surface 7. The rotary plate 4 is erected to make the tip part 6 thereof stick out from a table plate 2 while with a counter plate 3 carried on the end rim 9 of the tip part, one side rim 10 of the base end part stops contacting a rising rim of the cut recess 8. The rotary plate 4 is tilted to make the tip part 6 stick out in depth from the table plate 2 while with the counter plate 3 carried on a step rim 13 formed on one side rim of the tip part flush with the table plate 2, the other side rim 14 of the base end part stops contacting a horizontal rim 15 while one side rim 10 of the base end part flushes the table plate 2.
