To provide a tablet pushout device designed to take only tablets out of tablet packages easily with no accompanying piece of aluminum foil used in the packages and to keep the tablets from falling out of it onto the ground or elsewhere.

The tablet pushout device includes: a press section (1); a silicon ball (4) provided on the back surface of the front end of the press section; a receiver section (3); a rim-raised catch hole (5) formed on the front end of the receiver section to receive a detached tablet; a tablet container case (7) provided under the receiver section; and takeout ports (6) on top of the tablet container case.
