To provide a top which can be rotated without using any auxiliary tool etc. only by breathing on the top which is grounded on a rotation plane in a standing-still and slanted state.
In a wind force rotation top 1 at least comprising a rotary body 2, a rotary shaft 3, and blades 4, the rotary shaft 3 is vertically set on the center part of a lower face of the rotary body 2, and the ratio (L/R) of the length L of the rotary shaft 3 to the radius R of the rotary body 2 is made not higher than 0.35. When breathing on the wind force rotation top 1 shown in the Fig.2 (in the standing-still and slanted state on a rotation surface 6) from the upper side, the top stands up and smoothly rotates with the rotary shaft 3 as an axis. By breathing on it further, the top keeps rotating. Furthermore, the wind force rotation top 1 is formed by vertically arranging the rotary shaft 3 in the center part of the lower face of the rotary body 2, arranging four blades 4 on the upper surface part of the rotary body 2, and vertically arranging an arbor 5 in the center part thereof, and setting the ratio L/R of length to the radius to 0.27.
