Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively use the heat radiated by a plate heater of a tableware dryer by eliminating ineffective downward heat radiation by providing heating wire on one side of the plate heater facing a heat radiator.
CONSTITUTION: In a tableware dryer having a plate heater 6 on the bottom of an outer vessel 1 and constituted to dry tableware contained in a basket 8 disposed at the upper part of the dryer by the heat radiated from a radiator 7, heater wire 17 is provided only on one side of a heater base plate 16 mounted on a heater support 4 facing a radiator 7.
