To attach a winding band to the acceptance part of the winding and band from various directions, from a front side in particular, to easily access a winding band passing guidance gap of a printing device and to facilitate manual operation at the time of exchanging the winding band at many incorporation positions of a tachograph.

In the tachograph provided with a printing device, a slider 25 provided with an acceptance part 27 of a trough shape for the winding band is provided, and an appropriate printer construction group 13 is slidably based in the cruising control meter for exchange of the winding band as a printing carrier. A front unit 26 of the printer construction group 13 consisting of an element of a front wall of the tachograph, a printing device 21, and a base bridge 22 is hinge connected to the slider 25 and an access to the acceptance part 27 is facilitated even in an inconvenient assembly state of the tachograph.
