Abstract:
To fasten two members by a fastening force which is larger than before while enabling high-speed fastening.SOLUTION: A metal-made rivet 1 for fastening a fastened material which is formed by making a rear surface of the other plate material overlapped on a surface of one plate material comprises a disc-shaped head part 2, and a tapered shaft part 3 which is formed at a center part of the head part 2. A spiral groove 3b is engraved at an external peripheral face of the shaft part 3 toward a base end side from a tip side, and the shaft part 3 is screwed into the fastened material while rotating by the spiral groove 3b. Here, it is preferable that a lead angle of the spiral groove 3b is 75°±2.5°, and it is preferable that a spiral angle of the spiral groove 3b is 270°±25°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
