Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tangential direction scraping system and internal circulation type ball screw.SOLUTION: A tangential direction scraping system and internal circulation type ball screw have a nut, a screw shaft and two reflux units. The nut has a screw groove at its inner circumference. The screw shaft is inserted into the nut and it has a screw groove, a reflux passage and two relative storing grooves. The screw groove of the screw shaft and the screw groove of the nut are corresponded to each other to form a helical passage. A radial direction of the storing groove of the screw shaft is connected between the screw groove of the screw shaft and the reflux passage. The reflux unit is stored in the storing groove of the screw shaft and has a deflection passage. One end of the deflection passage is connected to the helical passage and the other end of the deflection passage is connected to the reflux passage, so that it is possible to roll and circulate the ball along the helical passage, deflection passage and reflux passage. With the aforesaid structure, it is possible for the tangential direction scraping type and internal circulating type ball screw to improve durability, reliability and smooth operation in its use.
