Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify mounting operation by eliminating the need for applying an adhesive to the outer periphery of a rubber cylinder before press-fitting a cap with rubber into a mounting cylinder.
SOLUTION: In this tank, before a cap 2 with a rubber cylinder 4 is pressed into a mounting cylinder 8, a press-in guidance surface 6 of a nail-type guidance protrusion 5 is pressed against the inner-periphery surface of the mounting cylinder 8 and a metering needle 9 is allowed to face a look-in window 1 of the cap 2 with the rubber cylinder 4 pressed into the mounting cylinder 8 from the lower side. In this case, when the cap 2 with the rubber cylinder 4 completes to be pressed into the mounting cylinder 8, the nail-type guidance protrusion 5 pulled out of a lower edge opening 10 of the mounting cylinder 8 is extended toward the lower part of a lower edge 11 of the mounting cylinder 8 by elastic restoration force, at the same time the outer-periphery part of the rubber cylinder 4 is adhered to the inner periphery of the mounting cylinder 8 at the upper side of the nail-type guidance protrusion 5, and the cap 2 with the rubber cylinder 4 is fixed to the mounting cylinder 8 due to friction.
