Title:
TAP HOLE STRUCTURE AND REACTOR FOR PREPARING CUPROUS CHLORIDE USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3541809
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tap hole structure capable of promptly and simply being exchanged even when the tap hole of a furnace is broken, and to provide a reactor for preparing cuprous chloride provided with the tap hole structure capable of stably and efficiently preparing molten cuprous chloride for a long period.
SOLUTION: The tap hole structure comprises a block having tapered side faces and a nozzle inserted into and connected with a fitting hole provided on the block, and uses a nozzle structure body that is fitted into and fixed onto a specified place of a furnace body having the same taper as that of the block. A fitting-connection structure of the block and the nozzle renders a removal and an exchange highly easy in the case of breakage. Using carbon or silicon carbide for the structures of the block and the nozzle is preferable for the reactor for preparing cuprous chloride.
