The drive roller 101 has a drive roller body 121, a first rotor 122, and a first roller shaft 123 for connecting these. The driven roller 102 has a driven roller body 151, a second rotor 152, and a second roller shaft 153 for journaling these. The drive roller body 121, the driven roller body 151, and the second roller shaft 153, and the second rotor 152 the first rotor 122 compose a conduction path 184. The detection part 204 detects whether the conduction path 184 is conductive or non-conductive.
