PURPOSE: To make improvements in a product in quality, by attaching a magnetic pole tight to a turning shaft, and installing a conductive tubular material, which is rotated in the same direction by action of electromagnetic force with rotation of the said magnetic pole, in a paper tube holder.
CONSTITUTION: A paper tube 5 is fitted on an outer circumferential surface of a paper tube holder 4, then air is fed to a hollow part of a turning shaft 1 and a sliding piece 10 is pressed to the radial outside from a hole 8a, making it into slide motion, whereby the paper tube 5 is tightly attached to the paper tube holder 4. Next, when the turning shaft 1 is rotated, an eddy current is produced in a conductive tubular member 8 whereby electromagnetic force acts between this tubular member and the magnetic flux made by a magnetic pole 2 so that the conductive tubular member 8 rotates in the same direction as the turning shaft 1. This turning force comes to serve as torque for winding a tape 11. This torque T is controllable at will by controlling a revolving speed of the turning shaft 1. Therefore, there is produced no dust addending upon friction and also there is no generation of frictional heat, so that such a possibility that dust sticks to the tape 11 and/or an adverse effect due to heat is in no case exerted on the tape 11, thus there is no deterioration in the quality of a product.
