PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide even an object person which has no discrimination means to an appropriate procedure, by recognizing action of the object person through sensing, and notifying a proper procedure according to the object person.SOLUTION: An object person guiding device includes a recognizing device 20 capable of sensing an object person, and a display device 30 capable of displaying guide display. An action of the object person is recognized by a recognizing device.
