Abstract:
To provide a technique for an occupant to easily select an object by a motion of a hand.SOLUTION: In processing of an on-board target selection device, a motion detection unit detects a motion of a hand of an occupant of a vehicle in S400 and S410. In S402, a region setting unit sets a target region in which a target indicated and selected by the occupant is present, on the basis of an in-vehicle or out-of-vehicle direction indicated by the hand. In S406, an information acquisition unit acquires candidate information on a candidate of a target present in the target region. In S408, a display unit displays, when there are a plurality of candidate targets in the target region, a candidate display corresponding to each of the plurality of candidate targets on a display device on the basis of the candidate information. In S412 and S414, a target selection unit selects one candidate display from the plurality of candidate displays on the basis of the motion of the hand of the occupant indicating which of the plurality of candidate displays is to be selected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
