PURPOSE: To make priority execution control uniform and improve the throughput of the system by storing and managing a task which occupies a system common resource and an occupation waiting task and performing dispatch preferentially to the occupying task according to the relation between the both.
CONSTITUTION: A common resource occupation management part 410 stores and manages the task which occupies the system common resource and the occupation waiting task as to ≥1 system common resource in a computer system. Then the task which occupies the system common resource and the occupation waiting task are detected by referring to the common resource occupation management part 410, and dispatch (dispatch processing 401) to the occupying task (low-priority occupying task) is performed with top priority. Consequently, the occupation period of the system common resource by the task is shortened to make the priority execution control uniform, thereby improving the throughput of the system.
