Abstract:
To provide new Wilms tumour 1 protein (WT1) epitopes, particularly those restricted to common HLA alleles, and new T-cell receptors (TCRs) capable of binding to WT1 epitopes.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a T-cell receptor (TCR), which binds to a Wilms tumour 1 protein (WT1) peptide when presented by a major histocompatibility complex (MHC). The present invention further provides amino acid sequences of the TCRs, including the amino acid sequences of the CDR regions, which are responsible for binding specificity for WT1.SELECTED DRAWING: None
