To provide a teacher image data creation device capable of increasing accuracy of object detection and reducing a load of data creation.SOLUTION: A teacher image data creation device includes: a storage unit that stores an object image including an object, object image data including a label of the object, and background image data including a plurality of background images; an object image acquisition unit that acquires one object image from the object image data; a background image acquisition unit that acquires one background image from the background image data; an image composition unit that creates a composite image by composing the object image with the acquired background image; and a label assignment unit that assigns a label included in the object image to the composite image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
