A user terminal 20 performs access to the home page of a technical information service server 10, and the technical information service server 10 performs user authentication. The user terminal 20 inputs a package name and retrieval conditions, and transmits them to a technology information service server 10, and the technical information service server 10 transmits a retrieval result list to the user terminal 20. The user terminal 20 selects items whose auto-simulation should be executed from the retrieval result list, and transmits those items to the technical information service server 10. The technical information service server 10 extracts data for auto-simulation related with the designated items from a package information DB105, and transmits the data to the user terminal 20. The user terminal 20 displays the received data for auto-simulation, and executes auto-simulation.
