PURPOSE: To revive gorgeousness and beauty of covers of received telegrams, preserve them for memory like photographs, make senders apparent at a glance, by arranging the telegrams in albums like photographs, in order to solve disadvantages that the gorgeousness and beauty of the covers of the telegrams were not revived and the senders were unknown at a glance when it comes to look at them later, since the received telegrams were used to be kept in boxes for arrangement and preservation or bundled individually.

CONSTITUTION: As covers of albums, articles on the market are to be used. An album layout sheet 2 is provided with an embedded frame 4 having a depth of 5mm. The embedded frame 4 is provided with clipping pieces 3: one at an upper part and two at lower right and left sides for fixing a telegram.
