The telephone device is provided with: a registration unit for registering a telephone number; a collation unit for collating whether an origination telephone number of a terminating call is a telephone number registered in the registration unit or not for termination during absence; and a plurality of numerical buttons. It also has: a dial key for receiving input of a telephone number; a relating unit for relating the terminating call from the originating person which is collated with a number registered in the registration unit, to a numerical button out of the plurality of the numerical buttons; and a lighting unit for respectively lighting the plurality of the numerical buttons. The lighting unit lights the numerical button related to the terminating call.
