Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily generate a component image whose display contents can easily be switched by displaying the component image which consists of 1st and 2nd pieces of partial information and has the display contents prescribed by the 2nd piece of partial information specified with specific information in the 1st piece of partial information.
SOLUTION: A component image is selected which is used to generate a new component image. The coordinates of an area that the user has dragged in a window with a mouse are detected and all component images included in the area are selected (401). Component information on the selected component images is analyzed and on the basis of the analytic result and an indication from the user, component information on the new component image is generated. There are four kinds of generating method by the gathering (402) of components, the composition (403) of components, the addition (406) of behavior, and an editing history (405). One of them is selected according to the user's indication and component information is generated. The generated component information is stored (406) and used as a component image to be edited thereafter.
