In this television camera housing 10, the angle of inclination θ of front glass 40 is set to an angle at which the light of a reflection image reflected on the surface of a front lens 24 of a lens device 20 and projected on the surface of the lens device 20 side of the front glass 40 is not made incident on the lens device 20. Thus, an image obtained from a television camera 14 becomes excellent because the light of the reflection image projected on the front glass 40 is not made incident on the lens device 20. In addition, since the front glass 40 is provided in a housing main body 12 through an angle of inclination adjusting member comprising a shaft 44, a screw bar 46 and a guide oblong hole 48, the angle of inclination of the front glass 40 can be set to an optional angle. Consequently, when the lens device 20 is switched to a wide angle lens device, or the like, the setting is easily changeable to an angle of inclination θ corresponding to the lens device.
