Title:
TEMPERATURE COMPENSATING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63272225
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize a compensating circuit capable of improving whose temperature detection sensitivity at a prescribed temperature region by constituting the titled circuit by a temperature sensor section, a reference oscillation section, a pulse control section and a memory section.

CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor section 11 outputs a temperature oscillation signal whose period changes nearly linearly due to the temperature change within the measured temperature range to a pulse control section 16, a reference oscillation section 12 outputs a reference time signal to the pulse control section 16 at each prescribed period, a pulse control section counts the said temperature oscillation signal based on the said reference time signal and generates at least two kinds of the period pulse signals in response to the number of the signals. One of the said outputs is used as an address signal to allow a pulse control circuit 13 to supply the output to a memory section 14, and the memory section outputs a prescribed temperature compensation data to be stored based on the address signal. Thus, the number of address signals is set optionally in response to the capacity of the memory section and the region applying minute temperature compensation is set optionally while the temperature sensitivity is improved especially within a prescribed temperature range.
