Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent overshoot in a thermostat by calculating a difference between a detection temperature in a gas absorption part in a sample storage part and that in a gas blowing part and setting the means value of both temperatures to be a setting temperature when the temperature reaches the prescribed temperature. CONSTITUTION:Temperature detection terminals A1-A3, B1 and B2 are respectively provided for the gas blowing part 51 and the gas absorption part 52. The detection terminal A1 is connected to a temperature controller 81 and a thermometer 82, the detection terminal A2 to a temperature over-rise prevention unit 83 and the detection terminal A3 to a temperature difference controller 84. If the setting temperature of the controller 81 is set to be 125 deg. and the difference of the gas absorption and gas blowing parts is defined as 2 deg.C, the setting temperature of the controller 84 comes to be 2 deg.C. When the difference of the temperature values which the detection terminals B2 and A3 detect comes to 2 deg.C, there is a relay output in the controller 84. Thus, the contact C of a circuit including the detection terminal B1 is closed and the means value of both is obtained from respective detection temperature of the detection terminals A1 and B1. Then, the temperature is controlled so that the mean value comes to the setting temperature 125 deg.C.
