To enable temperature conversion with high accuracy and to enable adaptation to a plurality of types of temperature sensors with different characteristics by providing a constitution with a function of measuring temperature through the use of a temperature sensor to convert temperature information into resistance.
The temperature sensor 1 of a temperature controller with a plurality of temperature sensor inputs outputs temperature information as a resistance, and the resistance is converted into a voltage, amplified, and then converted into a digital amount by a temperature sensor input part 2. The converted temperature information is inputted to a micro computer (MPU) 3 to compute a correction expression adapting to a plurality of temperature sensors from the characteristics of the temperature sensor and the measured value converted into digital amount and to perform temperature conversion. Therefore, it is sufficient to consider a conversion formula only from theoretical characteristics of the temperature sensor, it is possible to perform temperature conversion with high accuracy on all the temperature information of a plurality of temperature sensor inputs by one conversion formula, and it is possible to adapt to a plurality of types of temperature sensors with different characteristics.
