Title:
TEMPERATURE DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60198441
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the wear resistance of a thin film tape interposed between a temperature-detected surface and a heat-sensitive element by forming the thin film tape of fluororesin, etc., to which ≥1 kind of particulates among carbon, graphite, etc., are added by about 3W40wt%.

CONSTITUTION: The heat-sensitive element 2 is installed in the recessed part 1a in the heat-sensitive surface of an elastic body 1 of silicon rubber sponge and its periphery is charged 4 so that the element 2 is in level with the heat-sensitive surface of the elastic body 1. Then, the elastic body 1 is inserted into the recessed part of a holder 5 formed of synthetic resin so that its heat-sensitive surface is exposed and the thin film tape 6 is stuck from the heat-sensitive surface of the elastic body 1 to a flank of the holder 5; and the heat-sensitive surface of the elastic body 1 is brought into contact with the temperature-detected surface through the tape 6 and the elastic body 1 is fixed to the holder 5. This tape 6 uses fluororesin or polyimide resin to which ≥1 kind of particulates among carbon, graphite, etc., is added by about 3W40wt%. Consequently, the temperature detector with high wear resistance is obtained.
