To provide a temperature measuring device of an internal combustion engine for accurately measuring the temperature of the internal combustion engine such as the exhaust temperature, with a simple constitution.
A time variation dTs in output (the detected temperature) Ts of a temperature sensor is calculated (a time variation calculating block 62a1). The time variation dTs in the calculated temperature is processed by a filter (a low-pass filter 62a2 and a parameter setting block 62a3). The temperature of a sensor arranging part is calculated on the basis of the detected temperature Ts and the time variation dTs in the filter-processed temperature (an adding block 62a5). A filter passing characteristic (a passing characteristic parameter C) is changed on the basis of the time variation in the calculated temperature.
