Abstract:
To more suppress a temperature measurement error.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a temperature measurement device, which measures a temperature of a measurement object using a two-color emission temperature measurement, has: a light reception unit that receives thermal radiant light from a measurement object in a state where an absorber with wavelength dependency in spectral transmittance of a near-infrared ray band can exist on an optical path to the measurement object; a detection unit that detects spectral luminance of the thermal radiant light received by the light reception unit as a spectral luminance signal by using a spectral luminance meter; and a computation processing unit that obtains a temperature of the measurement object on the basis of the spectral luminance signal corresponding to two wavelengths in which the spectral transmittance of the absorber detected in the detection unit is identical. The computation processing unit is configured to: set a weight coefficient made of a consecutive unitless number in a wavelength direction; and obtain the temperature of the measurement object on the basis of the weight coefficient, a value of the spectral transmittance of the spectral luminance meter, and the spectral luminance signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
