Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement device that measures the temperature of an industrial device the vibration of which is large, and quickly outputs a measured value to the outside by an electric signal.SOLUTION: A thermometer of liquid filled pressure type for detecting a pressure change by the temperature of an enclosure in a temperature-sensitive cylinder and measuring a temperature and a rotary type potentiometer are integrated by a coupling case, and the measured value output shaft of the thermometer and the input shaft of the potentiometer are coupled. Using the configuration described above, the present invention detects the rotation angle of the measured value output shaft by the potentiometer and outputs it as an analog electric signal. Even when the temperature indicator swings rapidly, it is possible to minimize effects on a signal to a control device by, for example, filling a space with a liquid in which the measured value output shaft and a temperature indicator are installed. Furthermore, if a gap between the temperature-sensitive cylinder and a bearing is filled with grease, it is possible to protect the temperature-sensitive cylinder when measuring the temperature of the bearing that supports the separator revolving shaft of a vertical pulverizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
