A temperature regulating device 40 adjusts the temperature of a commodity W, a beverage bottled in a container, to its desired temperature. In this case, the device 40 is provided with a chuck member 66 and a rotative table 41 which contact both ends in the direction of the length of the container and hold the commodity W by mutually pressing the commodity W in the direction in which the member and the rotative table approach each other; a driving motor 45 which rotates the commodity W, which is held by the chuck member 66 and the rotative table 41, around the axis in the direction of the length of the container; and a fluid jetting means 70 which jets a temperature fluid to the commodity W which is being rotated by the drive of the driving motor 45 to form a collision jet by the temperature fluid on the surface of the container.
