To easily assemble even when temporary illumination setting is impossible, make conveying to other job site possible without scrapping, reduce cost, and enhance stability by installing a stand having a setting plate, supporting feet, and an insertion fitting part in the specified position.

A stand 2 has a setting plate 21 capable of stably standing at one end of supporting feet 22, and an insertion fitting part 23 for fitting a base table 11 of a fluorescent lamp appliance 1 at the other end of the supporting feet 22. The insertion fitting part 23 has an insertion fitting part main body having the U-shaped cross section, and the appliance 1 is supported by fitting the base table 11 of the appliance 1 in the insertion fitting part main body. By fitting the appliance 1 in the insertion fitting part 23 of the stand 2, stable supporting is made possible. By only carrying-in the appliance 1 and the stand 2, a temporary fluorescent lamp can easily be set. Since the temporary fluorescent lamp can be used without scrapping, setting cost is reduced, and since the stand 2 is formed at both ends, stability is enhanced.
