To make a device compact and to easily mount it also on existing equipment.
The temporary storing device 21 is constituted by arranging a plurality of (two in this case) temporary storing means 32 parallel to each other in the lateral direction, and a linear body 16 is guided by a guiding means 39 from an outlet X of the temporary storing means 32a to an inlet N of the temporary storing means 32b. Due to this structure, when the length of the temporarily stored linear body 16 is equal to that of a conventional one, the length of the temporary storing device 21 in the longitudinal direction can be considerably shortened compared to the length of a conventional device, and to be precise, can be shortened to around the length obtained by dividing the longitudinal length of the conventional device by the number of the temporary storing means (two in this case). As a result, the entire temporary storing device 21 becomes compact.
