Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a training ball to automatically return only if it is flown in the nearly correct direction when it is hit under the as natural as possible condition.

CONSTITUTION: The lower end of a pole 5 is mounted rotatably to one side of a base bed made liable to fall down by the external force at a right angle to the direction of flying ball. A proximal end of an arm level 11 for a training ball 9 is mounted vertically rotatably to the upper end of the pole 5. The training ball 9 is mounted to the tip of the arm lever 11 to be a little shifted and restored. The tennis training machine has a means for restoring the fallen-down base bed and a means for holding the posture of the pole 5 rising at a predetermined angle to the pole 5.
