Abstract:
To provide a tension balancer in which hysteresis in stroke-tensile force characteristics is reduced.SOLUTION: A tension balancer includes: a first unit and a second unit, each having a cylindrical shape; a first coil spring; multiple first sliding plates; and multiple first stoppers. The second unit is inserted into the first unit and the first coil spring is disposed between the first unit and the second unit. The multiple first sliding plates are provided between the first coil spring and the first unit. The multiple first stoppers are arranged and configured to interfere with the multiple first sliding plates to restrict rotation of the multiple first sliding plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
