Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of components and to improve the efficiency of assembling operation by molding a bridge and a frame in one body, forming a groove in the center part of the upper-lower coupling part of the frame, and making cuts extending holder edges to a center hole. CONSTITUTION:The bridge and frame 30 are molded integrally in a rectangular shape and upper and lower holder supporting parts 36a and 36b to be provided to the frame 30 and the U groove which extends from the top surface of the frame 30 almost to the center are formed. Further, cuts 38a and 38b extending the side edges of upper and lower holders 34 and 35 to the center hole 23 bored in the center are made in the holders. Then, a movable part is pressed in the frame 30 and then the shaft part of upper and lower bosses 17 and 18 are supported in the U groove 37. Then, the holders 34 and 35 are pressed in the supporting parts 36a and 36b and fitted. At this time, the shaft parts of the bosses 17 and 18 are inserted loosely into the hole 23. Further, tension belts 19 projecting from the shaft end parts of the bosses 17 and 18 can be guided into the hole 23 through the cuts 38a and 38b. Then, the tension ligament 19 projecting from the holes 23 are soldered to a spring 22 fixed to the holders 34 and 35 to suspend the movable part.
