A terahertz camera includes: a thermal detector 220A whose physical properties change depending on temperature; a heat collector 270 for collecting heat and transmitting the heat collected to the thermal detector; a support member 210 mounting the thermal detector on a first face 211A side, in which a second face 211B of the support member faces a cavity part 102; a support part for supporting part of the support member. The heat collector 270 is coupled to an apex of the thermal detector and projects outwards from the apex of the thermal detector to be formed flatly.
