PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contact resistance between a terminal metal fitting and a connecting part from being significantly reduced, regardless of the reduction in fastening force by superposing the terminal metal fitting having a tin plating layer on the surface on the connecting part, working a strong pressure between the both, and generating an adhesive phenomenon on the tin plating layer.
SOLUTION: A first terminal metal fitting 10 is formed by bending a punched conductive metal plate material and forming a tin plating layer on the surface A second terminal metal fitting 30 is also formed by bending a punched conductive metal plate material, and its integrating part has a reverse form of the integrating part of the first terminal metal fitting 10. The first terminal metal fitting 10 is arranged on and engaged with the second terminal metal fitting 30, and slid in the longitudinal direction of both superposing parts 12, 32 to bring the superposing part 12 of the first terminal metal fitting 10 into contact with the protruding part 45 of the second terminal metal fitting 30. In the contact part, thin films of metal oxides or other compounds covering the surfaces of both the terminal metal fittings 10, 30 are broken, and the adhesive phenomenon of a tin plating layer P is generated to mutually fix the terminal metal fittings 10, 30.
