In this terminal board 2, a first connecting terminal connected with a wire harness is placed on one surface of a given-shaped flat plate body (insulation board) 10, and second connecting terminals 4 connected with solenoid valves are exposed in penetrating holes 11,..., 12,... formed at given positions on the insulation board 10, the first connecting terminal is electrically connected with a given one of the second connecting terminals 4 with a wiring pattern. Positioning guides 14, 14,... used for arrangement of the solenoid valves are formed on the other surface 13 of the terminal board 2, the positioning guides 14 are constituted with positioning protrusions projecting to the central part of the insulation board 10. The side surface of these positioning protrusions is formed in a shape parallel with the outer periphery of the solenoid valves.
