Abstract:
To provide a terminal detection and polishing composite machine which can realize continuous consistent processing such as detection, polishing and so on.SOLUTION: A terminal detection and polishing composite machine comprises a lower frame 1, an upper frame 2, a transport groove 3, a conveyor belt, and a transport carrier 4, and the transport carrier 4 is linked to cover a lower shaft. On a lower side of the upper frame 2, a detection device 6, a flange groove polishing device 7 and an upper shaft polishing device 8 are installed. The detection device 6 comprises a detection lifting cylinder installed on a lower side of the upper frame 2, a detection lifting block is installed on a lower side of the detection lifting cylinder, and a detection pinching cylinder, which faces horizontally and is perpendicular to the transport groove 3, is installed on a lower side the detection lifting block. A detection pinching half sleeve, which is installed at both ends of the detection pinching cylinder, is a stepped sleeve, an inner diameter of an upper part thereof is coincident with the upper shaft, and an inner diameter of a lower part thereof is coincident with a flange. A first touch panel is fitted in the upper part of the detection pinching half sleeve, and a second touch panel is fitted in the lower part thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
