When the external memory 30 is connected to the external memory interface and specific information 80 stored in the inner memory 20 is encrypted and is stored in the external memory, the cipher system and the first cipher key stored in the inner memory 20 are used for encryption by the control part, and about the specific information divided into a first part 86 and a second part 84 according to the rule stored in the inner memory 20, the first part 86 is stored in the external memory 30 and the second part 84 is stored in the inner memory 20 by the control part.
