Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the DA converter testing circuit and its usage with the test time shortened and the test cost reduced.
CONSTITUTION: A voltage VANG of an analog signal at the last time of output from a DA converter 100 and a voltage determined by currents of resistances 203 and 204 are inputted from reference voltage input terminals 201b and 202b of comparators 201 and 202 and are held in comparators 201 and 202. These voltages are compared with the voltage VANG of the analog signal inputted to comparison voltage input terminals 201a and 202a of comparators 201 and 202 at this time of output from the DA converter 100.
