Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a theft by illegal use of a key in this kind of construction machine using the same key for an engine starting key switch.
SOLUTION: An actuator 19 is actuated by a command signal of a controller 30 to control an engine speed of an engine 13. Pressure of a hydraulic fluid delivered from a hydraulic pump 11 is detected by a pressure sensor 16. The controller 30 determines truth or falsehood of an identification number by comparing a newly inputted identification number with a preset identification number by an identification number input device 20. When the identification number is determined 'falsehood', a control valve 14 is switched, an increase of pressure of the hydraulic fluid is detected, and when the pressure of the hydraulic fluid exceeds prescribed pressure and a specific time passes, an engine stopping signal is outputted to the actuator 19.
