To prepare a therapeutic agent for eczema and/or dermatitis, having continuous and excellent pharmacological action and hardly showing side effect such as hypercalcemia by including a specific compound as an active principle.
This therapeutic agent for eczema and/or dermatitis is prepared by including (A) 26,26,26,27,27,27-hexafluoro-1α,23S,25-trihydroxycholecalciferol as an active principle and, if needed, (B) a preservative, an antioxidant, a stabilizer, an absorbefacient, a pH conditioner, a humectant or the like. The dosage form of an external preparation is e.g. a semisolid preparation such as cream, liquid medicine such as liniment, strap such as tape, or the like. The content of the ingredient A in an external preparation is preferably 0.0000001-0.1 wt.%. A group of eczema and/or dermatitis includes eczema, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, prurigo, diaper dermatitis or the like.
